Text of Complaint by Prashant Patel:

On 29th October, 2020 in the morning I got an SMS from VZ-ViCMS claiming that Rs 7 has been charged for some content downloading. I immediately called customer care at Vi and inquired about the same. The Gentleman on the other end told me to wait till the bill is generated then they can see what was I charged for. When my Bill was generated I gave a call back to Vi customer care and asked them about the wrongly deducted charges. I was shocked when the Vi representative told me that the bill was valid and that I have been charged for downloading a value added content. I told them that I was wrongly charged and I haven’t downloaded any content. I checked with my previous months Bill and I found that in that bill too the same SK_Mobi had charged some amount for value added service content. These complaints are shared by many users of Vi, and I told this to the Vi care executive. But they refused to accept the wrong deductions and continue to claim that the bills are valid and they cannot do anything about it. This has left me no choice but to file this complaint against Vi, They do not accept responsibility for whatever wrong deductions are done on their service users numbers. This is unacceptable response from Vi, and like me many users are affected by the same wrong deductions by the exact same SK_Mobi. I humbly urge the honorable court to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
