Dear sir ,
I am using Vodafone idea Postpaid connection which is 8141400245,recently I check my old bill I wonder that 49 rs charge is applied on my each bill from month of Oct’19,when I call for details CC agent told me that these charge is for third party download from web,but don’t use any internet on that day even my sim is turn of due to low connectivity at my area .total 249 +18% charged for same with out my consent, its totally fraud by Vodafone idea so kindly take action against service providers.
