This is regarding the Ola cab I booked for travel from Meerut to Noida on 24th April (CRN 7272624177)
When I was booking, the estimated fare was showing as approx. 1306 however my final bill is 1957.
Now, I have been booking outstation cabs on this sector very regularly through Ola. And in all these rides, the route/distance/duration remains the same.
But this time, I feel I am definitely being overcharged. Here is a comparison
On March 12, same route, prime sedan booking, I was charged 1306 for 80 km (CRN 7161548205)
On Nov 26, same route, Prime Sedan booking, I was charged 1306 for 80 KM (CRN 6865868534)
However, on April 24, same route, prime sedan booking, I have got a bill of 1957 for 125 KM.
How would Kms Inc in same sector? I feel there is some fraud here that you may want to investigate upon.
I am willing to make payment of 1306 to ola. However, balance needs to be written off as clearly, it’s an incorrect charge. However, OLA app doesnot allow me to make partial charges.
Aside to this, OLA chat support is extremely unsupportive and inspite of repeatedly picking up the reason as incorrect charge, it refused to lodge my complaint
I have receiving multiple threatening calls/WhatsApp msgs from OLA for this payment. I have written multiple emails dated April 25, May3, May 5, May 13 and May 26 but have received only automated responses. On calls, I have raised my concerns but the issue has not been resolved, and no complaint no. has been provided.
I have now been receiving threatening WhatsApp msgs, warning me of impact on CIBIL score and recovery agents visit to my place. I am throughout exhausted and request your support in this matter.
