I placed an order on MoonBelle.store on 15 November, Order Number MB11351.
The order was Cash on Delivery (COD).
After placing the order, I wanted to cancel it. However:
1. The order page shows no cancellation option.
2. I replied to the order confirmation email, but it bounced back with the message
“Mail delivery error – remote server misconfigured.”
This means their official support email is NOT working.
3. There is no working customer support available on their website.
4. Based on online reviews, many customers reported receiving wrong or low-quality products, and I am concerned the same may happen to me.
This behavior is misleading and irresponsible.
A customer must have the right to cancel a COD order, but the seller has made it impossible.
I request the Consumer Complaints Court to take action against MoonBelle.store and ensure that customers are not cheated by such practices.
