I hold prepaid connection of Vodafone. My number is 8939051019.
On the 21st June, 2019 an amount of Rs. 249 was deducted from my balance for the activation of caller tunes without my permission. The same day I had deactivated the service. The amount deducted was never refunded. While I am now going to change my service provider, I want that this amount with a penalty amount (whatever is deemed to be adequate by the authority) be paid to me through a cheque/DD.
