Text of Complaint by Yogesh Bagrecha:

Dear Sir / Madam,

My customer ID is 1106170986 and using Tata sky services from last 10 years. I am calling from 12th September but there is no revert from TATA SKY, which is really disappointing. I had requested for disconnection of Multi TV connection in April 2019 and categorically told that whenever i will need Multi TV connection and whenever i will need i will request for resumption of the same and the same was confirmed by Tata Sky personnel. In the month of April 2020 i had recharge for around 8400 in two instalment  and recharge done for main TV for one year package to be ended on April 2021 and at the time of recharge also informed that i dont want any multi TV pack and same was confirmed by your Personnel.

However in first week of September i was shocked to see the message that my subscription is getting over by September mid week and my monthly charges was around 1800 instead of 800. On enquiring to Tata Sky i was informed that Multi TV connection was temporarily suspended for a year and it has restarted from the month of April / May 2020 so almost Rs. 1000 was charged by Tata Sky for 5-6 months and entire balance was wiped off. No one informed me and i never requested to restart of multi TV connection. In fact at the time of recharge also i had confirmed with the Tata Sky personnel that i dont need Multi TV and at the same time he / she also didnt told anything that from next month your Multi TV connection will automatically started. I feel like i have been cheated in this difficult time. My humble request to restore the wrongful charges charged in my account.

Further to this first i had raised complaint on 12th September and i have been informed that latest by 18th September your complaint will be resolved but to my surprise no one called me. later on 20th September again i raised complaint and i have been told that within 24 hours we will resolve and revert back to you but no one responded. Today on 25th September again i called up so again i have been informed that your complaint is still open and Tata Sky personnel will respond before 26th September 2020 by 3.17 PM IST. So i am really fail to understand how 24 hours became 144 hours to resolve one complaint and that too two times. Almost 13 days are already passed from first complaint and no response from the Company like Tata. Really surprising.

Hope to hear from your team at the earliest and kindly resolve the complaint and transfer back / restore wrongful amount charged in my account. I dont want any refund just my services should continue as promised.
