Ordered a Diesel watch on Flipkart and received a different model which is fake and does not work. The customer support team even sent a field officer and got this verified, but still no action taken.
Ordered Diesel DZ4408I Watch and got DZ1829 watch, till now no return processed and refund issued. Have been a regular buyer from Flipkart and will avoid them completely and go with Amazon. Very unethical company. What a shame.
