I have ordered a smart watch with cost of Rs. 1699/- on COD from brilliant watches1 website ( add was on facebook) but i received a titan simple watch. it was delivered through Ekart. I talked to ekart office but they denied to refund or return. Further i checked the website now it didnot working. The mobile no is not working printed on returned address.
