buy fastag frm paytm26 dec,19, but they issued fastag with wrong vehicle no. For this i have complaint to correct 6 time on customer care or no of time from app, but all in vain. Everytime they say it will take 24 to 72hrs.
My last complaint was on 15th jan. But till date no solution. On 22nd jan i called again they again tell the same excuse. My car no was 3297 and they print 3291. RC was also uploaded. But they r accepting as there mistake. Again telling me to call after 3 days if not changed. Very very pathetic services.only harassing customer.
