I placed an order for two 3-piece pajama sets on 3rd February 2026. However, today I received a used pant instead of the actual ordered items.
This is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poor quality control and service standards. Sending a used piece of clothing to a customer is highly unprofessional and unhygienic.
I strongly object to this negligence. I want a full refund of my order amount immediately, and you are requested to arrange a pickup of the used cloth at the earliest.
Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the refund and return pickup without any further delay. Failing which, I will be compelled to escalate this issue through appropriate consumer channels.
