I had a wrong upi transaction from a bakery by scanning qr code. At the very day registered complaint to the bank authorities. They told that it will be resolved in 10 days . Its been 6 months no response from bank , when contacted responding irresponsibly

    I was transferring money from my PAYTM BANK to JIO POS LITE but I did not receive it in my JIO POS LITE account.

    Please find the screenshot of the payment transaction attached.
