Hi,
I have raised a compliant regarding refund 5 days back but still the issue is not resolved. The team has shared the indemnity form but I’m unable to open it. I have raised this complaint lot of times with the customer care team via call & chat as well but still no solution has been provided. Every time the team say technical team is working on it and they give wrong commitment nothing is working.
No resolution yet, it’s been 5 days since I raised the issue. The worst experience i ever had with Paytm.
I’m still waiting for the refund. Today morning the team as msg but still there is option to click on here for indemnity form.
I’m really fed up with this. Please help me out for my refund at the earliest.
