I have ordered for Logitech C270 HD Webcam through Amazon vide Amazon.in order #407-6436665-6475543 on 29th August 2020 and today I received the package on 04.08.2020. On opening I found that in place of Logitech C270 HD Webcam a silver coin is there in the box. Immediately the same thing was told to the Amazon delivery boy he told that he cannot do anything in this regard and he asked to call up customer care no. to register a complaint. I also call up at Amazon Customer Care No. 180030009009 and they confirmed that they have not yet received the cash so we cannot file any complaint as off now. I want immediate replacement of the same or return of the money in exchange of silver coin sent to me.
