For the last many days I have been getting SMS from Swiggy like “Neha Karwa has placed an order for me”, whereas I am not placing any order on Swiggy. I have not ordered anything from Swiggy in the last many months.
This morning I received a call from your Delivery person saying he has delivered a parcel for some person called Pratik Rathi. The delivery person must have delivered the parcel at the correct address but I think your system has my mobile number for some other people.
This month (Feb 2023) I got such messages almost for 13 times almost on every alternate day. I am getting mentally harrased. Its not easy to directly contact to Swiggy as well for this concern. I sent an email to “support@swiggy.in” but no response yet.
Not sure why Swiggy is not validating customers phone numbers while taking their orders. Please help.
