I ordered a pair of converse shoes of Size 6 and Oyela sent me the size 8.5. I also paid 40 Rs extra for return/defect while doing the payment of the product so that the product can be return if the customer wants to. I put the return the same day to the company saying that the product is of different size but they are not taking it back and saying that I did not made a video while opening the package so they won’t take the return.
