I have applied for SIM portability from idea to Vodafone on 8 Sept 2020 from my mohalla vendor his name narendra .But he done the mess in portability he shut down my previous idea sim but not able to start my new Vodafone sim.When I ask him to fix this problem he said that I not able to fix this.Now more problem arise when I went to Vodafone store near-elite chauraha Jhansi(UP) which is opposite to pizza hut, he asking for Rs 447 for sim replacement.Please help me in this
