I had ordered a “premium shoe rack” on September 22, 2024 from Shoppers Zone and received it on September 27, 2024 but it is a wrong ,fake and an entirely different product.
On their Shoppers Zone website where I read it’s description and saw the product’s picture , it was saying that it had the capacity to hold 50 pairs of shoes but the rack that I received is way too small . The product’s picture and description on the website and the actual product that I have received are completely different.
I wanted to return the product and get my refund so I emailed them on 27 September 2024 on the email address provided by them on their website i.e. contact@shopperszone.co.in but the it showed ‘address not found’ . I emailed them again on 30th September but it was showing the same.
They do not have any customer care number on their website either.
