I booked a product in AJIO on 11th December 22, and the shipment received on 24th December 22, actual delivery date is 17th, after so many complaints finally they delivered wrong shipment on 24th..
I opened the cover and verified, wrong product received without any lable, bill and information.
Immediately i selected return option, on 26th pickup boy came from DELIVERY courier and he refused to accept the return because of don’t have any sticker and product lables. What can I do?, I raised complaint to AJIO.. they are not responding properly.
