I have ordered for saree costing 1499/- but they send me some cheap saree of 200/- . Now trying to communicate through whatsapp but smartly ignoring my messages.

I have ordered for a soft silk saree in Kalyani silks website but received a very poor quality saree which does not worth even Rs.500. But I have paid 1500 rupees for that. Please take some necessary action because so many are losing their money.
It is not even a company. It is just a person or a group of persons making money by fraud
