I have ordered for a saree worth rs 999/- but they delivered me another saree and now not picking up calls and replying mail to take the product back and provide refund.
Kindly intiate for my refund through paytm.

My name is ruby hazarika.i had ordered a radiant off white designer saree from ethenic way. Yesterday (22- 10 -2020)only i had received the parcel and to my utter surprise the saree i had received is not the one i had ordered. I had tried to contact them but fail. I want to courrier the parcel back but no proper addess is mentioned on the parcel. How come they cheat in such a way!!Disgusting. I
