Dear Sir,
Please find below my 3rd complaint which I have sent to Vodafone on vodafonecare.mum@vodafoneidea.com on March 8, 2019, which is self explanatory showing the amount of wrong charges.
I am in USA from Diwali 2018 and have chosen the minimum plan. I keep my mobile on to receive important messages such as from my Bank, OTPs, Income Tax etc. I have also kept my Data usage in off position and I keep my mobile in the drawer and check the messages only when I have to see the OTP. Since I have my local number in another instrument hence there is no question of using roaming or Data on my India’s phone.
In spite of this Vodafone is regularly charging me International Roaming and Data usage charges every month as you can see in my following complaint to Vodafone.
Please look in to the matter and help me get credit of all the excess charges levied by Vodafone as I am regularly paying bills in time, to avoid disconnection.

This is to inform you that, since last 3 bills I am regularly complaining about the excess bills charged by you wrongly, and since I am paying these bills my complaints goes into deaf ears and the amount of Bill is going on increasing with your wrongly charged amounts, with every Bill.
Since the day I arrived I have set my phone on stopping all outgoing phones and also set my Data to off mode. Hence I once again clarify that I have not received any calls nor called any number from my phone. I have not sent any messages from this phone as I am out of country and I have my other phone with local number. I think you are taking undue advantage of me being out of country & wrongly charging international roaming charges.
I am regularly coming to US so I know exactly how to take precautions and only this year you have started charging wrongly. So please reverse these wrong extra charged amounts immediately. The details of wrongly charged amounts are as under:
28.11.2018 – 27.12. 2018 Rs 22.01 + Rs 25.00 = Rs 47.01 + Taxes
28.12.2018 – 27.01.2019 Rs 140.00 + Rs 66.01 = Rs 206.01 + Taxes
28.01.2019 – 27.02.2019 Rs 847.06 + Taxes
Totally Rs 1100.08 + Taxes
You are now requested to reverse these wrong charges of Rs 1100.08 + Taxes, immediately, and send a revised Bill showing the above amount being credited ASAP, so that I can pay the bill on time.
