Text of Complaint by Pranjal Panwar:

My Name is Pranjal Panwar. My father name is Sanjay Panwar, and he is a driver.
We order a tablet for my sister For online study. But unfortunately, it was defective. After that, I contact Amazon customer care. There is no technician, so he claimed a return and refund. And I cleared told him I want my money in my bank account, and he clarified and assured me I would get my money in my bank account because I have to purchase an online course for my sister. But today, I saw a message I got my money, but in amazon pay, which is non-transferable, I called customer care again, and she told me . She can’t do anything now because the money has already been issued. This is a kind of monopoly to spend my money on Amazon, which exploits customers’ rights.
