I made 297 recharge from Google pay where it is NOT MENTIONED anywhere that 297 offer is applicable only on Jio phone. after payment Jio customer support, as well as Google pay, are not helping me for resolution of this issue. Either you convert my recharge into 399 offer and I am ready to pay the DIFFERENCE amount or refund my 297.
I made the payment from Google pay to Jio where complete terms and conditions are not provided, thus I am not responsible for this issue. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I am providing the pic of the offer shown on Google pay (it is not mentioned that 297 offer is for Jio phones only)
