Image Uploaded by Akshay Patil:My airtel prepaid mobile number is 7066799449 and I have recharged this number with Rs.92 plan. To recharge this number I checked on *121# for Rs.92 6GB data for 28 days but after recharge I got just 7 days validity. When I contact customer care on 198 he advised me to send an email with screenshot, I did all this but no positive response from operator. Customer care says *121# is wrong number but its totally working and if its wrong no then operator should notify customers about it. But Airtel is showing wrong recharge benefits on *121# and misguided customers. Strict action should be taken to ban this number. Attaching screenshots from *121#
