Whole doing a recharge erroneously I had entered wrong number and hence I have contacted the customer care. However they were saying we can’t process your complaint or request to recharge on the correct number. After so much discussion they agreed to arrange a call back and which I did not received as per that TAT Mentioned by them. When I called back after 5 hrs they sad no request has taken from the team. This is seriously unethical and we have to suffer for the same.
