I have approached a jio recharge shop and recharged an amount of RS.594/_ to my Android having jio no.8247424094, message was came that recharged successfully, but no use as neither outgoing calls not internet service, I contacted recharged person he told that jio server is busy please wait for sometime, after some time again contacted him but he told that recharged tariff RS.594/- not useful for Android and it is only useful for jio phones, I have only Android, I have approached jio office at srikakulam town near suryamahal junction , srikakulam pincode 532001, Andhra Pradesh state, but your authority at jio srikakulam not giver proper solution to my amount which was paid to jio through reacharge, if that recharge amount not useful to my cell phone what type of service I am getting from jio, hence I am requesting to look into the matter and I am ready to pay additional amount if any to recharge correct amount to my Android jio no.8247424094
