Text of Complaint by Arun Sharma:

I ordered a 3D illusion lamp of Design Elle brand from Amazon. It was supposed to be delivered to me on 28th November, 2021 but they haven’t delivered it on that day.
On 28th morning at 8:13 AM, the status was “out for delivery”.

On 28th evening at 5:09 PM, the status was “Parcel held by carrier as the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please contact the carrier to update your address information”.

On 28th evening at 5:17 PM, when I contacted Amazon customer service, they said that there is some issue on barcode of order and that’s why they will deliver it on 29th November, 2021. I asked them to deliver the order on 28th only and then they assured me that they will deliver the order on 28th by 9 PM.

On 28th evening at 11:16 PM, when I contacted Amazon customer service again them they told me that the delivery address is incomplete.

This order was for my parents anniversary which was on 28th November, 2021 and they ruined my surprise.
