Sharing My experience

ordered food,,

payed thru paytm .. amount got deducted from wallet .. zomato didnt process the order sayin some payment gateway issue.. so the same will refunded to my ac in 5–6 working days

then Ordered again with Cod option . Order came incomplete. Again went on chat support, they checked and said they would credit 189 into my zomato wallet in 2 hours time as an apology

when checked after 4 hours nothing got credited and again went on thier stupid automated chat. Now some champion said it would take 24hrs time..

  1. i so done wid zomato .. I just started using it and 3 back to back issue.. pathetic customer service
