Text of Complaint by vishal Katta:

We have taken membership with Country Inn and Suites in 2018 for 30Nights but could not use due to below reasons:

1. Company denied to provide Hotels during Covid duration of two years
2. No availability of Hotel even near to major locations (Delhi railway station, etc.)
3. Very High charges per night as compared to direct booking of same Hotel
4. Inform 15 days in advance for booking which may not be feasible all the time
5. Bad customer service and delayed response

Request to return our original amount back(80K INR) as we don’t want the services anymore and get frustrated all the time.
