Text of Complaint by Namrata Doshi:

I had ordered 4 trousers for men from Ajio and paid for it by COD. The package that i received was a wet box and unpleasantly packed. Upon asking the delivery guy why the box is in such bad shape he replied that its raining and the box got wet but the stuff inside will be intact.

When i opened the box i saw that the 4 trousers i had ordered weren’t delivered instead 2 ladies clothing were in there. I called AJIO multiple times. So many times i was on waiting for almost an hour and then they would disconnect the line and many times i spoke to the customer care executive and he assured me that the issue will be resolved. i even sent sent mails with the pics of the wrong items sent but now there is no reply from Ajio. they have stopped replying to emails and the customer service nos is also always busy and the app now says the issue is resolved. first the said wait till the 8th july, the issue will be resolved then on the 8th when i called them they said wait till the 12th of july. and at last on 12th of july the app now says the issue is resolved. i also received an auto-generated email saying the issue is resolved.
