I have odered two “Breil By Fort Collins Cotton Blend Solid Coat For Men” with order IDs OD125556575685424000 and OD225543584433123000 via two different flipkart id’s i.e 9889453845 and 8840715808 respectively. But in place of men’s coat seller has sent me two cheap women track pants. I immediately applied for return attaching the photos of the product received. But seller has denied to refund and I received a message from flipkart that refund is denied by the seller. Seller sent me cheap roadside trackpants instead of coat and Flipkart is also denying to help me. I mail regarding the same to all the concerned authorities of flipkart via mail and via call, but no help. I have paid Rs1044 for each coat so in total I have paid Rs 2088. I have attached the photos of the products attached here as well.
I request consumer court to intervene immediately and help return my full money. Please help me.
