Text of Complaint by Shaik Tabrez:

I have ordered few things on oct 14, 2021 on jiomart app. I received the delivery on oct 15, 2021. But some of the products were of different brand from which I have ordered. So I raised a complaint in the app regarding the same and after few days, they closed the complaint, when I asked the customer care they replied it will be refunded, and then I have been contacting customer care but I received no proper response but when I mailed them regarding the same now they’re telling me it’s an issue with image upload so they’re asking me to raise a complaint again. Are they joking or deliberately wasting my time, if it was a problem with image upload why didn’t the customer care people didn’t tell me that, so it seems like they deliberately wasted my time. So I refused to raise a complaint as they didn’t provide any reason for the customer care not telling me the issue regarding the closure of my complaint. I request you to make them refund the money and also make them pay for the delayed response and the mental trauma I received because of this. I have all the screenshots and the recordings of the conversations I had with them.
