Text of Complaint by Udita:

I ordered a top from liyokki, they sent it in size Medium when I ordered in Extra Small, when I asked to exchange it to the right size they told me to just get it fixed at a local tailor. When I told them to exchange it instead they stopped responding as apparently they have no exchange policy even if they send the wrong order. Such brands put small businesses at shame.
