I placed an order with Cranky Shoe Villa for shoes for 1500 Rs. (200 advance and 1300 on delivery) and received the wrong product, that too very very cheap quality. I informed that I have received the wrong product, they said they will send a delivery person for reverse pickup and refund amount, but now they have blocked up number and not receiving calls or replying to texts or Whatsapp msgs. They have more than 25,000 followers on Instagram but they are duping the customers through fraud sales!
