Text of Complaint by Dr Hardik Shah:

I ordered 1 “HiFi Wireless Earbuds with 100 Hours Playtime Ambient Mode, Bluetooth 5, Noise Cancellation, Waterproof (IPX5), Wireless Power Bank, 100H Battery!!” Through Order No. GY8904. But I got different product instead of my ordered item.

The delivered item is “iJS TWS”, which is totally different and I don’t require this product. Therefore, I contacted their customer care email to return this product and to get refunded my money back for 5 times and chasing them since last 15 days to get it done. I am even unable to get their response on reverse mail also.

It’s really very pathetic and horrible. Please don’t go for it.
