Hello wafa the sam incident happened with me today i contacted customer care service and there was one guy who asked to share paytm number to get refund but he sounds completely fake and uneducated. As soon as i denied and told him that i will file a poilice complaint against him he hanged up the phone. I am sure this is scam.
