10th Nov Ordered a PUMA TRACKSUIT with size *L* through Flipkart and delivered on same day and received by my office Security person.
14th Nov received it in my hand and checked and it bit larger for me, So requested exchange and selected *M* Size as below image.
but today 15th Nov delivered a *XL* size product with dirty sleeve of TRACKSUIT instead of *M* size and there no more option to exchange with correct product through Flipkart App.
So I called to Flipkart Customer care and asked, but they told that seller doesn’t wanna exchange it with correct product.
please advise that what is the solution for it? Why the seller is careless and given wrong product for customers and Flipkart customer care is helpless on it?
