I ordered HP 250 G7 on 29th Sep, it got delivered on 3rd Oct(Order no. 9335401115). I received the HP 250 G7 with a different product code from that described on the product page. I haven’t even opened the laptop box and caught the seller cheating from the side of the box itself. I am a tech guy and understand the diffference between the two. The seller cheated by selling different product with minor difference so that people could not understand. But I caught that. You can see the attached image. The product I received was with product code 7RJ83PA and what I ordered was 7HC78PA. You can check product page of the order what was described in it. The 7HC78PA comes with Intel Core i3-7020U and 7RJ83PA comes with Intel Core i3-7100U which is slower in comparison with 7020U processor.
Even seller manipulated the serial no. in Invoice showing that of 7HC78PA product code, but in actual it is of 7RJ83PA product. I want specifically the product HP 250 G7(Core i3 -7th Gen/4 GB/1 TB/39.62 cm( 15.6 inch)/DOS )7HC78PA. Also my replacement request has been placed with new order no. 9372563756.
Again I repeat, I want the laptop HP 250 G7 with 7HC78PA Product code only, if you aren’t capable to send the same, please refund my complete amount as this is wasting my lots of time and money. I can’t trust seller like this. This has happened with me the second time in cases of laptop purchase from PayTM. Even before 3-4 yrs such case happened when I purchased Lenovo laptop and seller cheated in the same way and I cancelled the order and never again purchased anything costly things from PayTM. Again same experience.
