Dear Sir,
My name is kuldeep singh, i ordered a Laptop “Asus vivobook M409 ryzen 5 8gb 256gb SSD” from Amazon India on 27 June 2020 and got it after 5 to 6 days, but when i open it, it was completely different model/wrong product, which was a wrong product which was X409 intel i3 7th gen 4gb 1tb hdd, then i call to customer care regarding this issue, and they started investigation which is 5 days process, after complete the investigation they booked the pickup on 11 July 2020, and the agent is not taking pickup the cancel my pickup with unknown reasons. i requested lot to amazon india, but he didn’t picked up the order,
The customer care are making me full from approx 12 days.
Please help me sir.
