Text of Complaint by Deepak Singh Bankoti:

Hello team, I purchased a cargo short worth Rs 999 and paid for it. It has 10 days replacement warranty. Product shipped by Amazon was wrong as they sent different color product. I asked for a return and their pick up guy came to home but did not pick it up. I complained on Amazon however instead they moved pick up status from home to self ship. Now Amazon says to courier the package to seller. They changed their policy on their own.
When they know that they have sent wrong Product then they should return my money and shall pick it up from my home as per their policy. But they are harassing customer by forcing conditions which were not their at the time of purchase.
Please help!
