I have been complaining several times about receiving wrong products and bad quality products to paytm helpline, but it looks like my complaint has gone to deaf hears. we as direct consumers cannot do anything but just speak out we know anothing is going to happen. unless until there is a new law in India.

Neither you give your suppliers address contact details where we can contact them and inform them about bad quality or wrong products nor paytm takes actions against them.

Who is responsible for this issue.

I have received wrong product my order number 9169153612 please check your records i need my ordered products. Fighting against paytm is waste of time.

Is there anyone who will reply to this mail.
