On 13 feb 2023 i ordered samsung buds 2 pro from jiomart against order number 16762989340271972M . After delaying on 20 feb 2023 i recived product which is wrong product i.e. one plus buds pro. I at once called jiomart and told issue . Next day they rejected return by giving reason that you opened box of product. I uploaded images as per i recived the product. I have not opened the box . In which condition i recived i sent images. Now they harassing me.
