i had ordered an airpod combo offer from soundstore through facebook but was sent a wrong product.I tried to contact them via email and followup emails to soundstores0@gmail.com but there was no response from their side.I got the product delivered by ECart wherein I tried calling to get some info or a phone number to cintact but in vain.At this point i believe this is a fraud that has been going on here.Since this is the dugital age where we do most of our work online its the trust between a customer and a vendor thats put to test.However I believe the courier partners need to step up their ways of screening the deliveries they make.If its from some shady company as they r the only link between the companies and the customers and without their help theres practically nothing we can do.
