Let me start with my first issue:
1: I placed an order in the month of April dated 12/Apr/2021 from bata sneakers (product details order id- 1170054-52536538118203 )
And in the month of May dated 6/may/2021, I received my order but when I opened that parcel the product was not as per order placed ,then I raised issue regarding wrong parcel and product was kept in return process.
2:In the same month i.e., April I placed another order which belongs to dressberry (product details, order id- 1171163-20687363264103) and on the same day i.e., 6/may/2021 the delivery boy delivered it, then i process a return request due to size issue with the product.
So now on 8 may 2021 a delivery boy approached me for return and I gave him both the packets one from bata and another one from dress berry, but i received refund for bata product only but he did not proceed return from dressberry don’t know why he did this…nd after that I raised issue several times and filed customer care complaint against this matter but till now I didn’t get any feedback from your team…I also called delivery boy about this mess he accepted that by mistake I have updated both the return item in under bata list, kind of things he said that’s why I didn’t get my refund from dressberry but after that he did nothing…
This rediculous kind of behaviour is not expected from Myntra….this is completely your mistake…i got cheated as i am not getting my money back due to the fault of your team …..I hope in this kind of situation you can’t behave like this and stuck your customers in this kind of stressed situations….
