I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a fraudulent and highly disappointing order I placed via a Shopify-hosted store named Innerwear Aura / Brahauz.
Order Details:
Product Ordered: Pack of 3 Fitness Cross Padded Sports Bras (Brahauz)
Amount Paid: ₹799
Date of Purchase: 19th June 2025
Payment Mode: UPI
Complaint:
The product I received is:
Not what I ordered
Damaged and used
Of extremely poor quality
No customer support is available despite multiple attempts, and the website/seller is completely unresponsive.
This appears to be a clear case of misrepresentation and fraud, which not only violates consumer rights but also damages trust in platforms like Shopify. I request:
Immediate refund of ₹799
Return arrangement of the delivered product
