On 26/06/2023 l ordered a mi home security camera at amazon through order ID (406-8412802-6121943)
and made an advance payment of ₹2999.
On 28/06/2023 I received my order ,
Instead of mi camera I got a Vega beard trimmer worth₹ 1499.
Soon i raised a return complaint for the wrong product received along with the clear photo of that wrong product along with parcel slip.
An amazon personnel called me saying that they will investigate about it and update me soon.
Unfortunately, i didn’t received any update for 2 days from them.
When l inquired myself they told me that they investigated and found no mistake from their side and can’t do anything about my complaint leaving me still aggrieved.
I wan’t to return this unwanted product (a beard trimmer)
and get originally ordered product
(a mi camera) or get refunded.
