Wrong Product Received – No action taken by Amazon as of now

Text of Complaint by Lokesh Rajagiri:

I have ordered a product Power Max Tread mill on 8th July, 21 with order #171-4539641-9474756 and Selected delivery address at Anakapalle, Initially Amazon mentioned that delivery date by 10th – 14th later its got updated to 14th – 16th then the status changed to running late. I called customer service regarding this they said that it will be delivered in another 2 days. Later the wrong product has dispatched on 20th which cycle cost of 18,995 and also invoice also not generated on my name which makes confuse.

Again I called customer service informed the same, they asked me to send image of wrong product received, I did the same and got response from seller on 29th July that it will be delivered soon the correct product.

Still not received the product, so again called Amazon they were telling that I need to return that wrong product by my self. I don’t know how it would be possible its not a small product and there was no info to whom I have to return. Even the status was not yet updated in my orders that its delivered and still its showing product running late.

Really I fed up with Amazon service and Powermax sellers as well. I have attached wrong product snapshot which I have received.

Please large a complaint on this and do needful for me, let me know if you need more information.
