I ordered a Calvin Klein white shirt for Rs. 4400 on Amazon with order ID 408-4030452-8647529 on August 20th. However, I received a completely different item, an Ether by Myntra white shirt on August 22nd. I initiated a return on the same day and also contacted the customer care team on August 25th. To my dismay, the Amazon team claims I received the correct product as per their investigation (they asked their seller and delivery agent), but they have no proof that their delivery agent delivered correct Calvin Klein shirt. This situation is frustrating, as customers like me suffer due to delivery scams. I’ve lost Rs. 4400. Please do the needful as it was my hard-worked money.
