Dear Team,
I have seen an advertisement on Facebook by FACTION HUT about 2 cargo pant of Rs. 899 for which i have placed an Order no. MTST03OCT6106 9n 3rd October on such website ..
I had a call from Ekart person to receive such consignment the moment i paid the said amount on GooglePay and opened that parcel it is totally different from the order placed..
They given a torned jeans without zipper and button which totally not acceptable…
I am extremely disappointed with this activity.. Kindly help to resolve this matter pls provide me with proper order which i placed or refund it to my account..
