Text of Complaint by Chintan:

I ordered one saree from app and complete different product was delivered to me so I immediately raised return request but delivery partner refused to accept return as it was different product and also defective so he told us that he is uploading wrong product pictures and it will get approved after that and asked us to raise a request again.

So we raised a return request again twice but both time it was same issue so he asked us to contact support center.

We contacted support center and to our surprise they told us that product was checked from their side before sending it to us so it can’t be wrong product or defective so they can’t accept return and can’t help us in this matter.

Now to question is how we can validate that they checked the product before sending and what is the proof of it? and why they don’t instruct delivery partner to open parcel in front of customer.

Also when I check recent reviews of that seller(Mannat Fab) I found that many meesho users had same complaints and it’s clear that the seller is fraud. It’s look like company supplier verification is not that fool proof and now customers are suffering.
